a divine liqueur I’m going to make this every year…lots of it!
This recipe is torn from a magazine, SAGA I think, I’ve kept it which suggests I used it for my Christmas Damson Gin although I’m pretty sure I made double this amount. The finished liqueur was so good I almost regretted having given away half of it as gifts, I really could have drunk all of it myself quite easily. Next year I will make two batches…or more. Do try it, I cannot recommend it highly enough, and really no trouble to make if you have a large jar, and damsons, and Gin.
